Business Manager
Rosie has worked at Rollem since 2016, starting as Personal Assistant to Kay Mellor before becoming Executive Assistant and then Business Manager in 2021. She was previously Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive at Leeds University Union.
Kay’s “right hand woman” for many years, Rosie was often the first to read her scripts and went on to see her projects right through to airing on our screens - assisting Kay on set when she was directing (Girlfriends and The Syndicate 4), and being involved in post-production, publicity and TX.
Rosie is responsible for all business affairs, finance and HR for the company. She generally ensures the smooth running of the company day-to-day as well as our productions.
