Gaynor has been involved with Rollem since its conception, writing episodes of Fat Friends, Playing The Field, The Chase and In The Club as well as working as Script Editor and Script Consultant on shows such as The Syndicate and Girlfriends.
She leads the creative direction of Rollem’s development slate, mentors new writers through the schemes run by Rollem and works on writing projects of both her own and those started by Kay.
